(May 05, 2006)

Easy Sheep 2006 - An open day was held at Sandlands Farm.  A tremendous success with approximately 1,200 visitors and 67 trade stands.  Many people had come to keep abreast of the latest developments within the sheep industry, and weren't dissapointed with some thought provoking presentations from John Vipon, Lesley Stubbings and Alister Johnson.  The event was opened by Lord Bach with a response from Peter Morris, Cheif Executive of the NSA, who highlighted many of the industries current concerns.   The weather proved to be the best day in May and a excellent time was had by all.
